      Pros

      Amazing coworkers and team atmosphere. Although it is a competitive, commission-led job, all the people working have a team mentality and are quick to help you with anything you need.

      Cons

      The hours are brutal and since your pay is based on commission, you will find yourself working 12 hour days uncertain if you will make any money from it. At the end of the day, the sales were not great, so commission was not high enough to make the time and stress worth it.

      Pros

      This company truly cares about your well being and professional development. They've won some industry awards around this. In the years I've worked with them, everyone I've dealt with from top executives down to the staff onsite at the resorts are professional, courteous and knowledgable. I've particularly been dealing with one of their Vice Presidents, Ivan Chavez.

      None that comes to mind at the moment.
