      Pros

      Legally they couldn't change anything about my current job pay rate or vacation or benefits when my old company sold me to them. Offered retention bonus to some employees when the project started

      Cons

      The end result in you training a replacement in India and you get "redeployed" Very difficult to get answers to even the most basic questions' If you are not Indian you can sometimes get lost in cultural differences.This is an Indian company and the bulk of Managers are from India (at lest in my experience)
