- Employee first policy does not exist. - The training provided is awful. They only care about you taking calls. No quality of service for customers. - No possibility to grow inside the company, you may become team leader but the salary will remain the same. - No recognision of good workers, here working bad or well is paid the same, they just dont care. - After some time you will find that you are the guy with the worst salary even if you are the most experienced one. The new people earn more even than managers. No sense here...
