Pros
Project was good -I worked for Salesforce. Colleagues are good. Guys till Team lead level are helpful.
Cons
Pathetic Management. And Please ask your HR's not to lie about the perks and SHIFT TIMINGS. Work life Balance doen't even exist. HR doesn't even exists until you put your Papers. No Interaction with Employees from there Managers Opaque Policies. Dont even dare to think about hikes...I got 4000 hike in two years which is on my CTC not Monthy.(I was not the best one but yeah not from the Bottom ones too.) I am not saying this in Outrage or something but this I what I felt working there and same my friends suffered.
