-Mostly lousy support projects that gives very little value addition to your resume. -I lost the knowledge that i had since they put me into a production support job, and the job gave very little knowledge gain -Govt like hierarchy that requires approval for each and every stuff. -Good policies but never followed in real sense. -Highly secretive in firing employees so the news is not spread to the market -No proper structured appraisal system, just a dummy form and depends on the level of rappo that you build with your manager(s). Good work is not recognised but only saying 'Yes' to manager works
