1. For people who join as fresher, this is a perfect company. 2. Good exposure for the people who take up responsibilities. 3. Good scope of learning things.
Cons
1. As usual, like most of the companies, freshers will be dumped into Development and Testing without considering their interest and knowledge. 2. Salaries are not as good as they should be.
