Below par salaries and meager annual increments Not a very good record in Application Development projects - high failure rate Promotion policy is not equitable - rapid growth of select people, compared to slow growth of most. Offices are not centrally located in cities, leading to high commuting time Processes are not always followed in true spirit Expected to be available on the phone even when on a pre-planned vacation
