Pros
1. Good company to start your career. 2. You will learn the traits of the jobs and industry processes. 3. If you are lucky will get an onsite and that too a long one.
Cons
1. Compensation very bad. 2. Too much favoritism in onsite and compensation. 3. If you don't have a God father, you wont grow, 4. Growth is only for those who are ready to lick the feet of their bosses. 5. Variable pay and pay cut if you are on bench. 6. You can resign from the team but wont get a transfer to another city/project.
