      Lot of Initiatives, if would be more effective if the end result is shared with employees, the stakeholder. Less discrimination/politics comparied to other companies. Give value to culture

      Cons

      Visibly low perks compared to industry. No clear view/plan to retain performing employees. HR has to play bigger role to stabilize the attrition. Sales Team should be accountable for budget and growth till the end of finacial year.
