      Nice Office Culture Great Environment Nice People No restrictions if you are smart working employee initial pay is good if you can ask for it

      Getting Promotions, salary hike and appraisals are very tough. Even if you are hard working you may be side lined if you don't push for it. Office politics is the main thing to watch for
