      Pros

      Big company, good ambience. can stay without project and less threatening to job. Cafeteria and other amenities are good.

      Cons

      Don't expect much hike. Learning is very limited. Scope for the same is very less. Only company words say "employee first" but no concern on employee whatsoever. None of the manager have mangering skills. Even local shop boss will have good skills.
