Pros
State of the art facilities. Professional staff are empowered to be their own boss, set their own work schedule; focus is on achieving maximum results. Can work from home at will unless on site with the client.
Cons
Customer Service employees are on a tight schedule and have little to no flexibility; barely get bathroom breaks. Company does not honor agreements, i.e. yearly raises or relocation expenses. Freqjuently relocates professional staff every two years to different projects in different states with little to no advanced notice; affects quality of life.
