Pros

work-life balance only sometime, on client project you may end up working 14-15 hrs daily with to compensation

Cons

1. be very cautious when they offer counter offer to retain you by promising retention bonus after completing one year. But after completing 1 year they will say new offer letter was not updated in system so you are not eligible for bonus. You have to fight very hard to get this amount. This happened with me and i didn't got any amount they will find some hidden clause from offer letter and will not pay you. 2. no salary hike. 3. Even if you get hike it will be delayed by 3 month from the date you get hike letter. also they will deduct your first month hike due to there junk policies. 4. All HR's treat employees as labor and talk rudely and very insulting way.

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
