Poor induction and clumsy process for things like laptop, claims, software installation as lot of IT hardware related activities are outsourced which is surprising. Poor resourcing team and lack of transparency about projects and vacancies in the project. Lot of projects in SAP practice are support therefore very less learning. Lot of politics for offshore projects esp outside India. Variable pay is just to bloat the CTC and only 60% of it comes in the employees pocket.
