Pros

i have been worked in HCL more than 2 years . Employee first and customer second is not true .

Cons

What ever polices in HCL it's not useful for employees and it's only for organizational benefit . project assignation need to contact so many managers and WPC team. How can find resources projects will come or not and resource utilization is not good . overall i am giving bad rating for HCL . Please think before joining in HCL . Past 3 months i am waiting for project and daily asking to mangers , WPC teams but they will not respond properly and You have to wait some time till project come. After completion of 3 months and we will get call from HR . These people give only 2 weeks time and after that they will fire from organization.

nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
