      In Mexico, this company never settles me down even if I get kicked out of a client/project, they'll always look to keep me updated and according to your skillset they'll assign other job roles or possible job roles that you could easily learn

      Cons

      Salary growth is something possible but it takes from 6-9 months to happen in case you are growing within the company
