      Good clients and good projects. Less work load depends on projects. Long term service opportunity. Job security bcz they will not leave you easily.

      Cons

      Management should come out of their personal experience. Politics is involved very badly. Salary is less as compared to other company. No process at all. Senior leads are working as developer. No meaning of designation.
