Pros
Casual work environment, good health benefits, flexible work schedule, PTO isn't too bad, and the ability to work from home.
Cons
I have been employed for almost 11 years and the past 3 years the place has gone downhill. I stayed in hopes that things would turn around for the positive. I also think this placed killed all my hopes and dreams....my soul is slowly dying. Layoffs and to me a lack of direction. I once believed in the quality of our maps but this has changed. If you're looking for a career will you won't advance, lack of training, little pay, and to have your soul drained join the team. I just hope they are generous when the next round of layoffs happen.
