      Collegial environment within groups/teams. Global perspective. Not a sweatshop.

      Cons

      Innovation and inclusion relies on management - if you have a good one, great, if not oh well. Too much bureaucratic interference from accounting and legal - ridiculous amounts of paperwork for even small initiatives.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
