Work life balance. Still a few good people left. Good at marketing Innovative work (if company comes together)
Cons
Last good leader with a vision and ability to execute was Michael Halbherr. Lack of people with technical background in leadership team leads me to believe that non technology (sales) people are running a technology company. Painfully slow decision making at senior and executive level, takes months to make simple decisions. Technically skilled people moving to other opportunities leaving execution and other longer term problems for the company. Hard to get promoted unless you network. Lower pay compared to industry
