Biased management with high level politics - Manager HERE Technologies Employee Review

The leadership guys hired last year are very poor, highly biased & hired only because of powerful references. They have zero knowledge of Map/GIS industry & are making life hell of other employees to hide their inefficiencies. They've no clarity on what should be the goals & would only push their subordinates for answers as they themselves lack vision. Feel sad for Daman as he has such people in senior management
