      Pros

      Was once a wonderful company to work for who truly took care of their employees from top to bottom. Embraced work/life balance in general. Great benefits, overall enjoyable culture and nice people to work with/for.

      Cons

      In recent years HERE had not been the company that it once was. Since being owned by a consortium of Euro automobile manufacturers the pressure has been mounting and it has altered the work culture drastically, creating a more stressful environment and led to many layoffs in recent years keeping many employees on edge unfortunately.

      Pros

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
