      Interesting position in the market. Work life balance is possible. Neither crazy startup nor rigid corporate culture. Global scale that no startup can match.

      Cons

      In bed with automotive groups. If those dinosaurs don't survive the upcoming shift to autonomous, HERE may not last. On the other hand, if those dinosaurs win, HERE wins too.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
