Pros
You'll get to work on some of the coolest projects, if you get bored you can switch to another department within the company to try out a different project. Newly re-modeled office space is pretty cool, a little less space and noisy, but still looks awesome. If you're a looking for a Lead Engineer position and below and are passionate about learning, this would be a great place to advance your career and learn. Very good work to life balance.
Cons
Once you are done learning, and realize that what you're doing sometime doesn't make sense you'll come to realize that management sucks. Sometimes no clear vision is given as to what we needs to be done. People with inadequate management skills get promoted to even higher management positions. It feels as if there are too many management layers, and sometimes the higher level managers (VP Level) don't step in to make sure things are going as expected and make sense across their organization.
