There's little to remind that this place was once a true innovation hub; today, the combination of a super-protective works council, employees who don't bother to show up at work before 10:30, are often absent or gone by 5 "because they have to do something" and the lack of any serious product direction towards building something innovative are driving this company off the cliff, unfortunately.
