1. No addressing towards new joinees 2. No clarity about Manager 3. No brief given about team/ activities/ deliverables 4. Giving any possible task whether a part of scope of not 5. Giving work without any explanation or background or reference 6. Not interested in giving time to new employee at all. 7. Poor code of conduct 8. Promising job description but not even close to it in reality 9. Sad and dull environment
