      Cutting edge technology work in a very interesting domain, very global and nice culture.

      Cons

      Keep getting rid of people who have knowledge, love the company and the work. Now there are a lot of people who know the tech but don't really understand the domain.

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.
