      Pros

      People are nice here. Don't need to work overtime most of the time. Good benefit plan. Very nice working environment.

      Cons

      Some of the teams working on the same stuff. That is not good for efficiency. Some time there are too many meetings. Need to be careful about choosing the right meeting.
