      Smart people, atmosphere of encouragement and collaboration vs. cutthroat competition, on-site gym, great benefits, good opportunities for movement within the company

      Cons

      Office is a cube farm, with little interaction between coworkers, very quiet. Very few young people working at the company. Difficult to get new ideas to pass through the bureaucracy.
