Pros
The technical talent is impressive through out the organization. The products are great and always evolving.
Cons
There is a complete lack of leadership and accountability. Performers are ignored while excuse makers are promoted. Management has no idea what to do and demonstrates that through their constant inability to make decisions and set direction. Management is petty and not well organized. No unified message and no clearly stated objective. They have been deceptive at times.
