Pros
The starting pay package is good for freshers, with the benefit that the company hires just any graduate student!
Cons
Restricts your growth at all stages. No incentives or prospects of improvement for which any employee would strive harder. 5 years down the line, you shall still be in the same position with barely a 40% hike over 5 years, and no experience that shall be recognized by other companies. Promotions are not talent and performance based but rather tenure based.
