Good starting salary. Laid back, stress free work environment. Unlimited access to Wi-Fi, Internet and Cisco. Distribution of Responsibilities. Adequate employee engagement activities.
Cons
Second shift, 3 PM - 11.30 PM, ruins work-life balance. Practically zero scope of future promotions on the basis of talent. Employees working for 3-5 years still earn just 20% higher than the new joinees. High turnover of young talent. Higher management dominated by really old people, rather than talent being given a chance. Inter-departmental transfers seem impossible too. Lack of transparency in most situations. Progress of employees is not even 10% of the company's progress.
