Shocking, out-of-date senior management = lots of people leaving - Sales HERE Technologies Employee Review

This company is intransigent and highly political. So many opportunities were lost because of an unwillingness to take risk or do something different. Senior Management in Sales org are deluded and old school, lecturing their highly experienced staff in what to do and berating them for not securing enough meetings with other senior leaders inside customers/prospects, despite evidence that this does not work. The organisation is trying to pivot into other sectors but is trying to sell before it has established Product Market fit. So if you are thinking of joining in the sales org I urge you not to at the moment. The organisation is the most hierarchical I have ever worked in. A number of times senior leaders, who arrogantly thought they knew best, were busy talking to my accounts and I wasn’t even aware of this which made me look really stupid.
