      1. Technology oriented company 2. Latest technologies to work on 3. Good team and management if you are lucky

      Cons

      1. Too much in-house development because of which it take minimum 1 yr for even principal hired outside to give some input 2. Here always give priority to new comers even when existing employees are far talented because they invested lot of time in the company 3. Salary as a new comer would even be greater than your manager :D

      Leadership is very understanding and are clear SME’s that know what their doing. There’s a learning curve that’s complex, but compensation and experience is worth the training.

      Cons

      Internal operations could be better, but that’s expected with any growing company.
