      Pros

      Awesome culture, feels more like family. Plenty of interesting challenges and the freedom to pursue them, easy to rotate into other areas if you need something new. HP encourages life long careers.

      Cons

      Quarterly all-hands meetings can be demoralizing, especially when your role has no direct impact on the next quarters results. The stacked ranking can force you to get a bad review simply because the business had a bad year. HP isn't the Sexy shiny tech company like many of the companies you find in Silicon Valley.

      Pros

      Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

      Cons

      ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
