Pros

Decent benefits, competitive pay, flexible working locations (i.e. option to work from home if the need arises), a large number of training, certification, and educational opportunities

Cons

Location strategies change often which drives downsizing and decreased employee morale. Company direction changes every 18 to 24 months which leads to job instability. Although there are a lot of training options available, due to the global footprint and heavy workload, long hours are needed to support the core job function which leaves little opportunity to take advantage of the training.

Pros

Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

Cons

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
