Pros
Good steady job depending on the industry. Good benefits and average health coverage options (no HSA) Mostly supportive managers that do their best with what they say they have.
Cons
Raises do not even keep with inflation nor performance. I killed it this year and received a .5% raise over my colleagues admin tools are incomplete (3 places to report vacation, 5 different ways to report time) and this is the 3rd system iteration during my time here
