Great company culture; excellent work-life balance. As long as you're delivering to your goals, you can easily make adjustments to your work/life.
Cons
As with any large corporation, some or the processes are outdated. If not outdated, then change is slow.

Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".
Cons
ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors.
Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
