If you want to grow technically, HSBC GLT will be a wrong choice, otherwise good choice if you want to be a resource mgr - Associate Project Manager HSBC Employee Review

Pros

- Work Life Balance (plenty of it and you will be bored some times for doing nothing) - Salary Hike (you get a nice hike in comparison to most of the companies - not all obviously) - Onsite (chances are good) - Good place to grow in if you want to be an administrative & resource manager - HSBC Brand

Cons

- HR has a very little say, most of the times things are in the hand of delivery manager (BU Head) or department head, although otherwise some HR policies are good. - Very less opportunities if somebody wants to grow technically (definitely a wrong place for any good technical person). - Since there is no very clear guideline in terms of the skill set up-gradation & training and If you do not keep your eyes/ mind open, after few year chances would be high that there may not be any taker (employer) for you.

Pros

Good, smart colleagues in other offices.

Cons

At times, decisions appeared to prioritize individual objectives over team needs, which affected collaboration and morale. Greater consideration of team perspectives and shared goals would help build trust and engagement. I observed instances where expectations communicated to the team were not consistently reflected in leadership actions. Greater consistency between stated values and day-to-day decisions would strengthen credibility and confidence within the team.
