Pros
Training is good, products are good and you depending on who your regional manager is it can work out either good or bad.
Cons
The problem with Hilti is that it has become a numbers game when it comes to employees. They do not value their employees and are churning them out so quick. They are replacing managers with a wealth of experience with University Graduates which is a bit if a kick in the teeth., If your Daily Sales Report is Green then your ok, if its red you have to explain why. The company is looking to employ over 600 account managers in GB by 2020. This only suggests that bonuses will become tight and harder to achieve, salary increases will be minimal and they currently don't pay in line with the market anyway. Claiming a sale is a joke. If you did all the leg work and the sale gets delivered outside of your territory you get 50% of the sale regardless of the value as an account manager. As a projects person you only get 50% no matter how hard you work. There is different rules for different people in this organisation, some people get promoted within 3 ot 6 months of a role and others not for 5 years , 3 years. They make up some crap to stop your promotion. There have been people in this company who have hit all their targets year on year and have not even been given a sniff of a promotion yet some people that turn up at the social events are more favoured for this promotions because its the face that fits.
