      An opportunity for accelerated international career growth for the IT organization. Staff given opportunities to speak out during townhall-type meetings and fast actions seen following the meeting showing that the Management does listen.

      Cons

      Change management (communication) can be better as organizational changes happen a lot due to the rapid growth of the company.
