Pros
Globally Hilti is a good & big company. Management is so good for employee. It's an employee friendly company.
Cons
Hilti India management is good for Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain, but there is no growth & facilities for a service engineer. If a service engineer completed his 03 years in the organisation then there is no motivation just like new product repair training, promotion, cross functional movement, awards, recommendation etc., nothing is there.
