Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at Hilti Manufacturing India and we will use this input as a chance to reflect and improve ourselves. We understand your perspective and have been working on some of the topics you raised. We are in the midst of a significant transformation as we integrate ourselves into the wider group in terms of our culture, policies, and systems and are fundamentally change the way we work and lead our teams. This has required some difficult decisions that have clearly impacted different people in varying degrees and these also sometimes occur in a sequence that does not bring immediate short-term relief. The changes have been made for the long-term success of the company and to ensure we offer the best possible work environment and we believe we have done this for the right reasons, and will be an ongoing journey.
