Whilst we understand that our direct sales model may differ from other organisations, it allows us to reach our customer in a manner that is aligned with our premium service promise.
Customers may occasionally receive visits from multiple Hilti Sales Representatives in a day who are responsible for different trades or specialised services such as ON!Track. This model ensures that customers receive expert consultation dependant on their business need. We will consider how we can coordinate and improve this process to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
We do use KPIs within our sales teams to measure performance and these are agreed between the team member and their line manager. We recommend that employees raise concerns to their Line Manager if they feel that their KPIs are not aligned to their role or capabilities.
We’re proud of our training and development model at Hilti which allows employees to progress within the business. We have a mix of tenured and new managers and we are continuously looking into ways we can improve our Manager Training programs.
