As you have noted in your review, our culture sets us aside from others and we’re pleased to see you agree that we have a great culture – it’s something we’re particularly proud of. With a service of around 3 years with Hilti you probably have also participated in GEOS (our annual Employee Engagement survey which gives each individual team member an opportunity to anonymously give feedback on many dimensions of the company as also anonymous verbatim feedback. Hence, you would be aware how seriously we take employee feedback and follow up with remedial actions.
