Too strict process for promotions. ... Subjective to how much u butter ur leader. No clear strategy to tackle competition at top. Rather the company will put stress on sales guy. Hike is very poor Judge people on reflectionn in daily reports and mostly fake calls are done so those individuals who dnt put fake calls are often questioned n threatened. Incentive policy is worsened nd backfiring management as people are not motivated enough now.
