great sales team, good culture of wanting to be the best, good parental leave benefits, good career progression if you are willing to try new roles and/or move cities/countries.
Cons
base pay is low compared to industry. simple tasks are over complicated by too many layers of management and processes. many back end services have been shifted off shore. Too much focus on box ticking on CRM rather than actually taking market share.
