      Training and process oriented culture. Job security for people as long as they don’t want to progress to next level. Good work/life balance in headquarters

      Racist culture and favouritism, growth opportunities are available for people from Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Other nationality people are given zero opportunities for growth.
