      Nothing positive to put here

      Cons

      Discrimination towards ability. Does not provide proper training. Will wait months while watching you struggle then decide to start writing you up. Threaten you with dismissal Decide to "retrain" you after 6 months and then fire you. They definitely display favoritism. All management has bad attitudes Don't accept feedback or criticism. Unrealistic expectations for finish times. 'How" changes with the wind depending on who's working.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
