      No pressure to work Very Good people (but depends on the location) Insurance is cheap

      Cons

      Very less pay, No Sick leave No Paid Holidays everything we need use in PTO even if you're Sick if you don't have any PTO you will be on LOP outdated Software and the Process

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
